Working in the bakery’s compact space meant I swapped my usual strobe setup for a nimble speed-light technique, letting me move freely and catch each fleeting detail. The team’s warmth and professionalism made it a joy: bakers slowed their lightning-fast motions so I could capture each stage with precision.
The result is an intimate series that shows the care, patience, and passion behind every bagel, Shiopan, and pretzel that reaches the display case.
